Karrie International executes additional buybacks; 570,000 shares now awaiting cancellation while share count holds at 2.09 billion

Karrie International Holdings Limited (Karrie International) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return on 6 August 2026 detailing recent activity under its on-market share repurchase programme.

The company bought back 120,000 ordinary shares on 6 August 2026 at prices ranging from HKD 1.89 to HKD 1.915, spending HKD 0.23 million. These shares are designated for cancellation.

Including two earlier transactions—250,000 shares on 31 July at an average HKD 1.8394 and 200,000 shares on 4 August at HKD 1.861—Karrie International now has 570,000 shares, or 0.03 % of its 2.09 billion issued shares, pending cancellation. The combined consideration for the three trades is approximately HKD 1.06 million.

Despite the buybacks, the company’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 2.09 billion shares as of 6 August 2026; cancellation of the repurchased shares is still to be processed.

The repurchases were made under the general mandate approved on 5 September 2025, which authorises the company to buy back up to 202.11 million shares. To date, 0.03 % of that limit has been utilised. In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, Karrie International is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 5 September 2026.
