China Lesso Group Holdings Limited (China Lesso) reported no changes in its share capital for the month ended 30 June 2026, according to the company’s latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

China Lesso’s authorised share capital remained at 20.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.05 each, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion in aggregate. The issued share count held steady at 3.10 billion shares, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares.
