Bulletin Express04-28 19:44

CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Limited (CSPC Pharma) has issued a notice to newly registered shareholders requesting selection of preferred formats—electronic or printed—for all future corporate communications, including the 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report.

Key points:

• Election mechanism: Shareholders may indicate their preference by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited. • Default option: If no reply is received by 27 May 2026, shareholders will be deemed to have opted for electronic delivery. An email notification—or a postal notification when no email is provided—will confirm the online publication of each document. • Flexibility: Shareholders can change their chosen method at any time by notifying the share registrar via post or email. • Printed copies: Upon request, printed versions of any corporate communication, including the ESG Report, will be provided free of charge. • Access: Both English and Chinese versions of all corporate communications will be available on the company’s website (www.cspc.com.hk) and on the HKEx website (www.hkexnews.hk).

For operational queries, CSPC Pharma has set up a hotline at +852 2980 1333, available on Hong Kong business days from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The initiative is designed to enhance communication efficiency and support environmental sustainability through reduced paper usage.
