The regulatory qualification for Liu Lei to serve as Chief Information Officer of Bank Of Communications Co.,Ltd. (BANKCOMM) has been officially approved by the National Financial Regulatory Administration.

According to his professional biography, Liu Lei, male, was born in 1972. Since 2025, he has held the positions of General Manager of the Financial Technology Department and President of the Financial Technology Innovation Research Institute at Bank Of Communications Co.,Ltd. (BANKCOMM). His extensive prior experience at the bank includes serving as Director of the Digital Transformation Office, General Manager of the Software Development Center, and concurrently as Chairman and President of Bankcomm Financial Technology Co., Ltd. He also served as Deputy Head of the Preparatory Group for Bankcomm Fintech Co., Ltd., General Manager of the Software Development Center (Shanghai), Deputy General Manager of the Software Development Center while concurrently serving as General Manager of the R&D Center (Shenzhen), Assistant General Manager of the Software Development Center, and held senior managerial roles including Senior Manager in the Chief Engineer's Office, Senior Manager of Development Department One, and Deputy Senior Manager of Development Department One. Liu Lei obtained his Bachelor of Engineering degree from East China University of Science and Technology in 1994.
