Stock News09-30

Conch Enviro (00587) announced that on September 30, 2026, its subsidiaries Anhui Conch Environmental Protection Group and Wuhu Conch Environmental Protection (as purchasers) entered into equity transfer agreements with Anhui Haijing (as vendor), pursuant to which the vendor agreed to sell and the purchasers agreed to acquire 100% equity in each of the target companies (Dalian Hanyang, Shenyang Hanyang, Tianjin Hanyang and Tieling Hanyang), for a total consideration of RMB 307 million.

As a livelihood-essential environmental protection business, medical waste disposal is subject to strict industry policy regulation, has a stable charging mechanism, and possesses sound development characteristics. At the same time, medical waste disposal is also a core business that the Group focuses on developing. This acquisition is a key move for the Group to establish a presence in the Northeast and Bohai Rim regional markets, and will help promote the Group's medical waste business to achieve long-term stable operations and high-quality development.

Shenyang Hanyang and Dalian Hanyang respectively hold local medical waste disposal franchise rights, while Tieling Hanyang has signed a long-term medical waste collection and disposal cooperation agreement with the local government, providing a stable and reliable business foundation. The region where Tianjin Hanyang is located has a dense population and abundant medical resources; the company has long been deeply engaged in the local market, with a well-established service system and a solid customer base.

The Group has mature experience in operating medical waste projects, and its Wuhan medical waste disposal project is currently operating stably. This acquisition will enable the target businesses to be smoothly integrated into the existing operating system, ensuring stable and orderly operations and effectively enhancing the Group's asset operating efficiency.
