On January 22, 2026, Shenzhen DAS IoT Technology Co., Ltd. ("DAS IoT"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of DAS Intelligence (Stock Code: 002421), formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Mobile Chip-Sheng Technology Co., Ltd. ("Chip-Sheng"). The two parties will engage in deep collaboration around RISC-V architecture-based Xinchuang national cryptographic facial recognition access control products and solutions, jointly promoting the large-scale deployment of localized, high-security, and intelligent access control systems in the Xiong'an New Area and within the China Mobile ecosystem.
Reportedly, the solution deeply integrates Chip-Sheng's super SIM card digital identity authentication technology, national cryptographic security chips, and facial recognition algorithms with DAS IoT's national cryptographic access control system. It complies with the Level 3 classified protection compliance certification and possesses end-to-end security protection capabilities from hardware to application, making it widely applicable in high-security demand scenarios such as government affairs, finance, energy, and communications.
According to the agreement, the two parties will establish a joint project team and a regular cooperation mechanism, synergizing their efforts in product co-development, market promotion, and project implementation. Chip-Sheng will fully leverage its channel and resource advantages within the Xiong'an New Area and the China Mobile system to coordinate and promote the large-scale application of the products. DAS IoT will rely on its mature IoT product lines and project implementation capabilities to accelerate product industrialization and market expansion.
