Bloom Energy Corp (BE) shares surged 5.34% during intraday trading, extending a strong rebound from recent profit-taking as investors continued to digest the company's blockbuster second-quarter results and a more bullish outlook.

The rally was driven by the company's Q2 earnings report, which massively exceeded expectations. Revenue hit $1.065 billion, a 166% year-over-year increase and the first time the company has topped the $1 billion mark. Adjusted earnings per share of $0.78 beat the consensus estimate of $0.40 by 95%. In response, Mizuho upgraded the stock from neutral to outperform with a $242 price target.

Adding to the bullish sentiment, Bloom Energy raised its full-year revenue guidance to a range of $3.9 billion to $4.2 billion, well above the prior Street consensus of $3.73 billion. The company cited strong demand from AI data centers and hyperscale customers as a key driver behind the improved outlook.
