China MeiDong Auto Holdings Limited (01268) reported that, as of January 31, 2026, total authorized share capital stood at HKD 2,000,000,000, with 20,000,000,000 ordinary shares at a par value of HKD 0.1 each. The number of issued shares remained at 1,346,247,201, and there were no treasury shares during the reporting period.

The listing requirements for public float were met at the end of the month. Under the 2013 Share Option Scheme, 72,000 options lapsed, bringing the outstanding total to 10,835,250 options. Additionally, under the 2025 Share Option Scheme, 8,559,000 share options were granted during the month. No new shares were issued, and no treasury shares were transferred during the exercise of these options.
