Specialists from the municipal traffic law enforcement department were invited to deliver targeted instruction on safe production operations at the dock. Additionally, technical personnel from the city's special equipment inspection and research institute conducted specialized training focused on the safety management of dock cranes. Concurrently, all staff members engaged in an in-depth study of the "Safe Operating Procedures for Grain Warehouses," standardizing storage and handling workflows from the perspective of national standards.
To deeply ingrain safety awareness, the central grain depot made extensive use of electronic displays and other media platforms. These channels continuously broadcast public service announcements and educational videos on safety warnings. By reviewing real case studies and simulating potential hazard scenarios, the initiative served to sound a clear alarm on safety.
