Stock News10-23

FS.COM (03355) announced that, driven by sustained strong industry demand, continuously increasing AI infrastructure investment across various sectors, and the business synergies realized from the acquisition of Boda, the group maintained a rapid growth trajectory in the third quarter, with core business order volumes sustaining solid growth momentum.

During the reporting period, the group continued to advance product iteration and capability upgrades for its network solutions. For the nine months ended September 30, 2026, the company recorded total revenue of 2.8945 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 33.1%, while adjusted net profit reached 778 million yuan, up 68.9% compared with the same period last year.

The company focuses on the research, development, and sales of comprehensive network solutions. Leveraging its long-accumulated technological R&D barriers, mature supply chain system, and global customer base, its acquisition of Boda this year effectively filled the group's capability gaps in multi-category network equipment and supporting supply chains, with integration at the internal technology R&D level progressing steadily.

The group continues to pursue technological iteration and product upgrades in parallel, advancing its high-end and high-speed product positioning while simultaneously streamlining its product matrix, planning integrated product solutions, optimizing dual-brand positioning and the group's business segment layout, differentiating target markets for different brands, and further reinforcing its coverage capabilities in both domestic and overseas markets.

During the reporting period, the company's revenue from high-performance network solutions maintained rapid growth, increasing 51.5% compared with the same period last year. The company continued to improve supply chain management and global manufacturing capabilities, driving the group's overall product strategy upgrade.

Looking ahead, the group will continue to deepen its market segmentation strategy, refine multi-product-line planning, continuously explore opportunities in data centers and AI computing centers as well as the enterprise network market, and further integrate R&D, manufacturing, and market-side collaboration to consolidate and strengthen the group's comprehensive competitiveness in the global network solutions sector.
