Comba Telecom Systems Holdings Limited announced the allotment of 100,000 new ordinary shares on Jan, 8 2026 following the exercise of options granted under its 2013 share option scheme.
The transaction raises the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) to 3.133 billion shares, up from 3.134 billion shares prior to the exercise.
