Wuxi Longsheng Technology Co.,Ltd. (300680.SZ) announced that it has signed the "New Industrial Land Investment Development Supervision Agreement" with the Binhu District People's Government of Wuxi City. Its subsidiary, Jiangsu Longsheng Weirui Embodied AI Robotics Innovation Center Co., Ltd. ("Longsheng Weirui"), also signed the "Implementation Cooperation Agreement for Jiangsu Longsheng Weirui Embodied AI Robotics Innovation Center Incubation Project" with Lihu Subdistrict Office in Wuxi Binhu District.
According to the agreement, the company and Longsheng Weirui will jointly invest in constructing the Jiangsu Longsheng Weirui Embodied AI Robotics Innovation Center project in Wuxi's Binhu District, with a primary focus on R&D and industrialization of embodied robotics for industrial applications. The total investment amounts to approximately 350 million yuan, with the parent company contributing about 200 million yuan for land acquisition and construction, while subsidiary Longsheng Weirui will invest around 150 million yuan in the innovation center's operation and incubation.
The project aims to establish a "one-body, two-wings" competitive advantage, featuring industrial humanoid robots as the core platform while strengthening two key technological pillars: the "intelligent brain" for humanoid robots and critical components including integrated joint modules and dexterous manipulators. This strategic move is expected to help the company build differentiated competitive barriers in the robotics sector.
