YNBY INTL (00030) announced that Mr. Huang Bin has retired by rotation as a non-executive director upon the conclusion of the annual general meeting. As the third resolution concerning the election of Mr. Cao Yonggang as a non-executive director was duly passed at the annual general meeting, the appointment of Mr. Cao Yonggang as a non-executive director took effect at the end of the meeting, filling the vacancy created by Mr. Huang Bin's retirement.
