DRINDA Appoints Liu Shuang as New Company Secretary

Hainan Drinda New Energy Technology Co.,Ltd. (DRINDA) has made an announcement regarding a change in its corporate secretary position.

The company's board recently received a written resignation letter from Ms. Zheng Tong.

Ms. Zheng Tong has applied to resign from her role as company secretary due to retirement.

Her original term was scheduled to conclude upon the expiry of the current fifth board of directors.

Following her resignation, Ms. Zheng Tong will no longer hold any position as a director or senior management personnel within the company.

In accordance with the provisions of the Company Law and the company's own articles of association, the company has proceeded with the appointment of a successor.

Based on the nomination by the company's chairman and following review and approval by the nomination committee, a meeting was convened.

The company held its twelfth meeting of the fifth board of directors on June 26, 2026.

During this meeting, a proposal concerning the appointment of a new company secretary was reviewed and passed.

The board agreed to appoint Ms. Liu Shuang to the position of company secretary.

Her term of office will commence from the date the board's resolution is approved and will last until the tenure of the fifth board of directors concludes.
