Xinte Energy Appoints Shan Jian'an as Independent Non-Executive Director

Xinte Energy (HKEX: 01799) has announced the appointment of Mr. Shan Jian'an as an independent non-executive director.

According to the company's announcement, the appointment was approved at the annual general meeting of shareholders. Mr. Shan has entered into a service contract with the company for this role, effective from June 16, 2026, and will serve until the conclusion of the term of the fifth board of directors.

Concurrently, Mr. Shan has been appointed as a member of the board's strategic committee, nomination committee, remuneration and appraisal committee, and audit committee. His tenure on these committees will align with his term as an independent non-executive director.
