Previously, LOPAL TECH issued an announcement stating that its stock had experienced cumulative price deviations exceeding 20% over two consecutive trading days on November 25 and November 26, 2025. According to the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading rules, this constitutes abnormal stock price fluctuations.
