According to a report by 36Kr, Aifei Zhiyao (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. recently underwent a business registration change, with Shanghai Qishan Investment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Tencent, and Tianjin Xinglian Jianrong Haihe Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) added as shareholders.

At the same time, the registered capital increased from 10 million yuan to 12 million yuan, though the specific amount was not disclosed.

According to public information, Aifei Zhiyao was established in July 2026, with Ma Weiwei as the legal representative. It is an AI-native drug research and development company that focuses on co-development, collaborating deeply with large pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, and research institutions around innovative targets and pipelines, integrating AI drug research and development capabilities into the entire process from molecular discovery and experimental validation to candidate drug optimization.
