Ridge Outdoor Announces Resignation of Non-Executive Director Wen Meixia

Ridge Outdoor International Limited reported that Ms. Wen Meixia has stepped down as a non-executive director, effective 8 April 2026. The departure is attributed to her other work commitments.

According to the company, Ms. Wen has confirmed she holds no disagreement with the board and is unaware of any matters that require shareholder or Stock Exchange attention in relation to her resignation. The board expressed gratitude for Ms. Wen’s contributions during her tenure.

Following the change, Ridge Outdoor’s board now comprises two executive directors—Ms. Lei Yang and Mr. Wu Guihua; one remaining non-executive director—Mr. Yang Baoqing; and three independent non-executive directors—Mr. Ding Feng, Mr. Han Hongling, and Mr. Shu Yuanchao.
