This creates visual displays of urban and rural operational trends and comprehensive indicators. It enables full perception of the city's situation, comprehensive management of city-wide events, full linkage of emergency intelligence, and full support for leadership decision-making, driving collaborative event processing and a closed-loop management of urban and rural operations.
