This represented a decline of 63 points, or 0.26%, leaving it at a discount of 112 points to the underlying cash index.
The total number of open contracts stood at 136,331, decreasing by 10,267 contracts.
The net open interest was reported at 49,849 contracts, marking a reduction of 1,435 contracts.
