China Silver Group (00815) has announced that the company has received the remaining consideration of HK$24.75 million (corresponding to 55 million shares to be subscribed) under Subscription Agreement E. As all the preconditions set out in Subscription Agreement E have been fulfilled, the subscription for the remaining 55 million shares under Subscription Agreement E was completed on January 22, 2026, in accordance with its terms and conditions. The subscription for all shares under the subscription agreements has now been fully completed. The 55 million shares to be subscribed under Subscription Agreement E (representing approximately 1.84% of the company's issued share capital immediately before the completion of the remaining subscription and approximately 1.81% of the issued share capital as enlarged by the issuance of the subscription shares) have been issued to Subscriber E at a subscription price of HK$0.45 per share. The net proceeds from the completion of the remaining subscription (after deducting related fees and expenses) amount to approximately HK$24.69 million and will be applied in the manner previously disclosed in the announcements.
