Sphere 3D quickly soared nearly 34% after being promoted on Twitter.
- Will Meade, a former hedge fund manager who has been active in tweeting this year, tweeted earlier that he's long ANY and that the company is the next "short squeeze play."
- Meade tweeted that "I gave you BBIG and SPRT now I’m telling you ANY is the next big short squeeze play borrow cost is 78%."
- Meade also said that Sphere 3D is a bitcoin play and it has a merger coming up like Support.com(NASDAQ:SPRT).
