Market Highlights: First Domestically Developed Long-Acting Diabetes Treatment Approved, Hengrui Pharma Leads

Hengrui Pharma (600276.SH) announced that its independently developed biosimilar, Shudi Insulin Injection, has received marketing approval from the National Medical Products Administration. This is the first domestically developed long-acting insulin analogue in China, indicated for treating adult type 2 diabetes. The company has invested approximately 544.3 million yuan (unaudited) in the project. China, with 148 million diabetes patients, is the world's largest diabetes market, and over 90% of these patients have type 2 diabetes.

Beijing Junzheng (300223.SZ) reported that Deputy General Manager and Board Secretary Zhang Min completed a share reduction plan from May 27 to June 30, selling 236,000 shares at an average price of 233 yuan per share, representing 0.05% of total shares. After the reduction, Zhang Min holds 1.11 million shares, or 0.23% of total equity.

Tianzhihang (688277.SH) plans to acquire 62% equity of Shanghai Orthopedics through a share issuance, which is expected to constitute a major asset restructuring. The company's stock will resume trading on July 30, 2026. The target company, specializing in knee and hip joint implants, has its core subsidiaries and production base in the U.S., with mature overseas sales networks in Europe and Japan. The acquisition aims to supplement Hengrui's orthopedics implant product line and accelerate the overseas expansion of its surgical robot products.

Huajin Chemical (000059.SZ) disclosed that its Deputy General Manager Yan Zenghui has been placed under investigation and留置 measures by a supervisory authority. The company stated that production and operations are normal and unaffected.
