Tcl Technology Group Corporation officially released its 2025 Environmental, Social, and Governance Report on June 3, marking the 17th consecutive year the company has published an ESG-related report. The report for the first time unveils the group's ESG strategic vision: "Driving sustainable transformation with leading technology to build a future characterized by low-carbon efficiency, inclusive resilience, transparent governance, and symbiotic harmony."

In the environmental domain, Tcl Technology Group Corporation has further detailed its dual-control targets for total carbon emissions and intensity by 2030, establishing a comprehensive, end-to-end carbon reduction strategy centered on three key dimensions: organizational decarbonization, product decarbonization, and supply chain decarbonization. As of the reporting period, the company operates 13 national-level green factories, with 23 of its companies certified under the ISO 50001 energy management system and 34 certified under the ISO 14001 environmental management system. In 2025, the company's total renewable energy usage exceeded 3.77 million megawatt-hours, and its annual packaging material recycling volume approached 10,000 tons. Subsidiary TCL CSOT achieved a photovoltaic installed capacity of 145MW, generating approximately 155 million kWh annually, while its production bases achieved a water resource recycling rate of 97.29%.

Regarding social responsibility, Tcl Technology Group Corporation was selected for the Forbes World's Best Employers list for the third consecutive year, with the proportion of female mid-to-senior level managers reaching 21.7%. In supply chain management, TCL CSOT joined the Responsible Minerals Initiative, and 122 suppliers completed conflict minerals surveys. The company's public welfare foundation reported charitable expenditures of 59.7178 million yuan in 2025, and its "TCL Photovoltaic Low-Carbon Campus" project has been implemented in a cumulative total of 35 schools.

At the corporate governance level, Tcl Technology Group Corporation issued its Global Code of Conduct in 2025, integrating business ethics and compliance requirements into all aspects of its global operations. In technological innovation, with "AI for Real-World Impact" as its core strategy, the company secured 3,075 new intellectual property authorizations throughout the year. TCL CSOT launched the world's first display to receive a "Quasi-Natural Spectrum" certification, while TCL Zhonghuan released the TCL Solar T5 Pro high-density module, driving improvements in photovoltaic product energy efficiency.
