SDHG (00412) has announced that, effective April 30, 2026, Mr. Li Tianzhang has resigned from his positions as Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, and member and chairman of both the Executive Committee and the Nomination Committee. Mr. Kang Jian has been appointed as Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, and member and chairman of both the Executive Committee and the Nomination Committee, succeeding Mr. Li Tianzhang.
