On the evening of November 5, China Film Group Co.,Ltd. announced that Mr. Bu Shusheng recently completed the training for board secretaries of mainboard-listed companies organized by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and obtained the "Board Secretary Training Certificate." His appointment has been reviewed and approved by the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
Mr. Bu Shusheng officially assumed the role of board secretary from the date of approval, and the company's chairman will no longer act as the board secretary.
