Bulletin Express08-04 17:07

For the month ended 31 July 2026, SITC International Holdings Company Limited (SITC) recorded no changes in either its authorised or issued share capital, according to the company’s monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 4 August 2026.

SITC’s authorised share capital remained at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD0.10 each, equivalent to HKD500.00 million. Issued shares stood unchanged at 2.71 billion, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares.

The board confirmed that SITC satisfied the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent as at 31 July 2026.

No share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments were exercised, issued or cancelled during the month. The share option scheme adopted on 26 April 2024 still allows for up to 240.17 million shares to be issued in the future, although no options were outstanding or granted in July.

Overall, the July filing indicates a steady capital structure with full compliance to Hong Kong Listing Rules and no dilution for existing shareholders during the period.
