Zijin Gold International (2259) Adopts Electronic Dissemination of Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express02-25

Zijin Gold International Company Limited (Stock Code: 2259) announced on 25 February 2026 that it has adopted electronic dissemination of corporate communications pursuant to the expanded paperless listing regime established by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, which became effective on 31 December 2023.

Under the new arrangement, both English and Chinese versions of future corporate communications, including annual accounts, interim reports, notices of meetings, and circulars, will be published on the company’s website (www.zijingoldintl.com) and the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders are encouraged to provide a valid email address—either by scanning the QR code each has received with the related reply form or by submitting the form to the share registrar—to receive email notifications as soon as new corporate communications are published.

If no functional email address is provided, shareholders will need to check the company’s or HKEXnews website proactively, and printed copies of actionable corporate communications will continue to be sent in the future. Shareholders who prefer to receive all future corporate communications in printed form may complete and return a request to Zijin Gold International’s share registrar or send an email specifying their name and address. The company indicated that such printed-form instructions are generally valid for one year from the date of receipt.
