Bayan Invests 40 Million Yuan to Seize Fourth-Quarter Construction Schedule as Low-Carbon Smart Agricultural Equipment Project Accelerates

In the Bayan County Industrial Park, construction of the low-carbon smart agricultural equipment base of Heilongjiang Ruiyi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is surging ahead at full speed.

In the fourth quarter of 2026, the company self-funded 40 million yuan in additional construction capital to fully guarantee accelerated project construction and quality improvement, effectively advancing the industrialization of methanol-powered intelligent agricultural machinery.

At the project construction site, the main structures of two steel-structure factory buildings have taken shape, and workers are installing rooftop lighting panels and steel-structure facade wall panels.

Workers at height are coordinating their efforts, carrying panels, securing components, and sealing joints, with each procedure proceeding in an orderly manner.

Mei Dejun, Deputy General Manager of Research and Development at Heilongjiang Ruiyi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., said: "At our Ruiyi low-carbon smart agricultural equipment base, what we are mainly building this year are these two steel-frame factory buildings. Construction started in June 2026, and roofing is expected to be completed by the end of October. The agricultural machinery production line and the drone production line have both been fully booked, and equipment will be brought in successively next year, with official production beginning in the second half of the year."

It is understood that the project focuses on the research, development, and manufacturing of methanol-powered intelligent agricultural machinery. After reaching full production capacity, it will produce 5,000 new energy intelligent agricultural machines annually, and at maturity the annual output value can reach 1 billion yuan.

The project fills a gap in the province's low-carbon intelligent agricultural machinery product sector, addresses shortcomings in the agricultural equipment industry chain, supports the green and intelligent transformation of agriculture, and strongly promotes the high-quality development of low-carbon modernization and intelligent agriculture.
