CNBM (HKEX: 03323) has announced the final coupon rate for its latest bond issuance.
On July 1, 2026, the issuer and the lead underwriters conducted an inquiry into the coupon rate with professional institutional investors offline.
Based on the results of this inquiry and after mutual agreement between the issuer and the lead underwriters, the final coupon rate for the first tranche of this bond issue has been set at 1.67%.
The second tranche of bonds was not issued.
