WING ON CO (00289) has issued an announcement regarding a change to its board composition.
Ms. Tam Wai-chu will retire from her positions as an independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee upon the conclusion of the company's annual general meeting scheduled for June 15, 2026.
Following her retirement, the audit committee will consist of three members: Mr. Nicholas James Debnam serving as chairman, Mr. Leung Wing-ning, and Ms. Choi Siu-ting.
