The shares were repurchased on-market at prices ranging from HKD 15.90 to HKD 16.23, for a total consideration of HKD 0.99 million. The volume-weighted average price equates to approximately HKD 16.03 per share.

Regulatory considerations: In line with Hong Kong Main Board Listing Rule 10.06, RoboSense is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares following the 17 September transaction. The restriction extends until 17 October 2026.
