On September 17, 2026, Philip Ching Ho Chan's long position in APT ELECTRONICS increased following a change in the concert party group; a concert party member acquired additional shares. This acquisition was not a direct on-market dealing but arose from the concert party arrangement, including the spouse relationship between Mr. Chan and Ms. Loh Rebecca May-Leung, as well as other concert parties.

Prior to the acquisition, Philip Ching Ho Chan's long position in APT ELECTRONICS was 68.34 million shares, representing 26.89%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 68.36 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 26.9%.
