China International Development Corporation Limited Announces Board and Secretary Changes

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited published an announcement dated 19 November 2025 on behalf of China International Development Corporation Limited. According to the announcement, Independent Non-Executive Director Ms. Han Yu resigned, seeking to devote more time to her own business. She also stepped down as chair of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees. The announcement notes that Ms. Han has no disagreement with the board. The company, as a result, will endeavor to appoint a new director to the Audit Committee within three months to fulfill relevant listing regulations.

The same announcement confirms that Company Secretary and Authorized Representative Mr. Chan Tsang Mo has resigned. In his place, Ms. Chan Yuen Ying Stella has been appointed as Company Secretary and Authorized Representative. Ms. Chan is a fellow member of The Chartered Governance Institute and The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and has over 25 years of experience in company secretarial and regulatory compliance. The board acknowledged the contributions of both Ms. Han and Mr. Chan and formally welcomed Ms. Chan to her new role.
