According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on January 15, Schroders PLC reduced its holding in Sanhua (02050) by 3.65 million shares.
The transaction was executed at a price of HK$37.47 per share, involving a total amount of approximately HK$137 million.
Following this disposal, Schroders PLC's latest shareholding stands at approximately 66.49 million shares, representing a holding percentage of 13.95%.
