Strategic Investments • In April 2026 the Group acquired a 49% stake in Ningbo Qihe New Material Technology for RMB 19.60 million, generating an associate profit contribution of RMB 0.40 million in the reporting period.
Post-Balance-Sheet Event • In July 2026 subsidiaries advanced RMB 35.23 million and USD 9.72 million to ATOP Corporation and its designated supplier for chip materials to produce specific communication products. The advances are unsecured, interest-free and will be offset against future purchases or refunded, with protective clauses for default.

Outlook Management will retain Events Operation & Marketing as a core business while scaling the functional-materials trading platform to diversify revenue streams and enhance resilience across economic cycles.
