HKBN Updates Board Composition and Committee Assignments

HKBN Ltd. (HKBN) announced the latest composition of its Board of Directors and the respective memberships of its five Board committees as of 6 August 2026.

The nine-member Board is led by Mr. Ling Hao, who serves as Chairman and Executive Director. Executive responsibilities are further carried by Mr. Li Xin and Mr. Shen Qingyi. Mr. Luo Weimin holds the position of Non-executive Director. Independent oversight is provided by three Independent Non-executive Directors—Ms. Cheung Ming Ming Anna, Ms. Chung Cordelia, and Ms. Chung Kit Yi Kitty.

Committee structure and key appointments: • Audit Committee: Chaired by Ms. Chung Kit Yi Kitty; members include Mr. Li Xin, Mr. Shen Qingyi, Mr. Luo Weimin, and Ms. Cheung Ming Ming Anna. • Nomination Committee: Chaired by Ms. Chung Cordelia; Ms. Cheung Ming Ming Anna and Ms. Chung Kit Yi Kitty serve as members. • Remuneration Committee: Chaired by Mr. Li Xin; Ms. Chung Cordelia and Ms. Chung Kit Yi Kitty join as members. • Environmental, Social and Governance Committee: Chaired by Ms. Cheung Ming Ming Anna; committee members are Mr. Shen Qingyi, Ms. Chung Cordelia and Ms. Chung Kit Yi Kitty. • Risk Committee: Chaired by Ms. Cheung Ming Ming Anna; Ms. Chung Cordelia and Ms. Chung Kit Yi Kitty are members.

The updated governance framework reflects HKBN’s ongoing commitment to robust oversight across financial reporting, nomination, remuneration, ESG initiatives and risk management.
