Information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on June 3rd, Morgan Stanley increased its holding in Huaqin Technology (03296) by 701,926 shares. The transaction price was approximately HK$92.5825 per share, resulting in a total consideration of around HK$64.9861 million.
Following this acquisition, Morgan Stanley's latest shareholding in the company stands at approximately 4.3962 million shares, representing a stake of 6.52%.
