The OPC (One-Person Company) community at the Lujiazui Digital Intelligence Harbor in Shanghai's Pudong New Area has officially commenced operations. Concurrently, the "100-Day Acceleration Program" and the "Skill Store" platform were launched.
The community is situated in the North Binjiang Xinminyang area of Pudong, adjacent to the core Lujiazui financial district. It has already attracted over 30 OPCs operating in fields such as content creation, cross-border e-commerce, "AI + technology," and fintech. In terms of foundational support, the community offers services including workspace, networking, computing platforms, and technical tools. It has also partnered with ecosystem providers like China Telecom Group Co., Ltd. and China Construction Bank to offer support in areas such as cross-border networks, financial services, and technical services.
The two core projects launched are designed to establish growth and commercialization pathways for individual entrepreneurs. The "100-Day Acceleration Program" will release a batch of scenario-based demands, recruiting entrepreneurial individuals or teams in the AI and internet sectors from across society for a 100-day product incubation period. It will provide stage-based support including connections with leading enterprises, vertical technical guidance, direct financing access, and results showcases.
The simultaneously launched "Skill Store" aims to create a commercial sandbox for AI skills within the community. It will attract individuals with efficient AI innovation capabilities to publish various application skills within the community, facilitating the exchange and flow of skill value.
"Just as the mobile internet era had the App Store, the future AI agent era might evolve into a Skill Store," said Li Danqing, head of the Lujiazui Digital Intelligence Harbor OPC Community. "We hope to recruit technical partners to build this platform, allowing various AI skills to be invoked and exchanged within the community, ultimately achieving commercialization."
Shi Wenying, Deputy Director of the Registration and Licensing Branch of the Pudong New Area Market Supervision Administration, outlined three areas where Pudong is providing market access facilitation for OPCs: supporting workstation registration and inclusion in the "Pudong Address Guide" database to reduce startup costs; allowing enterprises to independently select special business items like "digital advertising production" to highlight their individual characteristics; and utilizing the "Shanghai Enterprise Registration Online" platform to achieve contact-free approval and issue "startup support packages," fully supporting the rapid launch of OPCs.
