SF INTRA-CITY Buys Back 61,800 H Shares, Expanding Treasury Stock to 3.71 Million

Hangzhou SF INTRA-CITY Industrial Co., Ltd. (SF INTRA-CITY) disclosed a share repurchase in a Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 1 September 2026.

On 1 September 2026, the company bought back 61,800 H shares on the Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 8.40 to HKD 8.50 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 0.52 million. The volume-weighted average price was HKD 8.46 per share.

Following the transaction, issued shares (excluding treasury stock) declined marginally by 0.0068% to 741.90 million, while treasury shares rose to 3.71 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 745.61 million.

The repurchase was executed under the mandate approved by shareholders on 8 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 74.25 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 590,600 shares, equivalent to 0.06% of the 914.25 million shares outstanding at the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, SF INTRA-CITY is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 1 October 2026.
