China Kings Resources Group Co.,Ltd. has issued an announcement stating that, in accordance with the regulatory directives from mine supervision and emergency response authorities, underground mining enterprises in Zhejiang Province will undergo individual inspection and re-evaluation against stringent standards. To facilitate this process, the company's underground mines in Zhejiang have recently been inspected or have temporarily suspended operations for self-assessment while awaiting re-evaluation and approval.
A subsidiary, Zhejiang Dajinzhuang Mining Co., Ltd., has received a written notice from the local emergency management department. The notice requires the rectification of identified safety hazards by June 15, 2026. Mining production operations are to be halted until the rectification is approved upon inspection.
Another subsidiary, Zhejiang Suichang Zhengzhong Fluorite Concentration Co., Ltd., has undergone a preliminary re-evaluation by the local emergency management department. The company plans to submit an application for resuming production and operations shortly and can restart once approval is granted by the local authorities.
Other mines operated by the company in Zhejiang Province, including Zhejiang Changshan Kings Mining Co., Ltd., Longquan Fluorite Mining Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Lanxi Jinchang Mining Co., Ltd., are currently conducting self-inspections and rectifications in line with regulatory requirements. Operations at these sites are temporarily suspended as they await individual re-evaluations by the emergency authorities or the issuance of specific rectification directives.
