China Energy Storage Publishes Scheme Document; Sets Court Meeting and EGM Notices Online

China Energy Storage Technology Development Limited (“China Energy Storage”, formerly Link-Asia International MedTech Group Limited) has released its Scheme Document together with the Notice of Court Meeting and Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting.

Key points 1. Publication details • Date of release: 22 June 2026 • English and Chinese versions are available on the company’s website (www.link-asia.com.hk) and the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk).

2. Shareholder communication arrangements • Non-registered shareholders are urged to access the documents online (the “Website Version”). • Those unable to view the electronic files may request free printed copies of the current and all future corporate communications by completing and returning the enclosed Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 1143-ecom@vistra.com. • Requests cover directors’ reports, annual/interim/quarterly reports, meeting notices, listing documents and circulars. Printed-copy instructions will remain effective until 31 December 2028 unless revoked in writing.

3. Requirements for non-registered shareholders • Notices of future publications will be sent by email or post only if valid contact details are provided through custodians, brokers, banks or HKSCC Nominees. • Shareholders are encouraged to supply functional email addresses to intermediaries to ensure timely electronic communication.
