Global fintech leader Fidelity National Information and wealth technology platform InvestCloud have announced a long-term partnership to launch the FIS Digital Wealth Solution. This new offering provides financial institutions with modernized wealth management tools integrated with artificial intelligence capabilities.
The solution deeply integrates InvestCloud's advisor workstation and client experience functionalities with FIS's core processing platform. This integration enables financial institutions to modernize their front-end operations without needing to replace their existing infrastructure. InvestCloud's unified data model aggregates client data, interaction records, and portfolio dynamics to power agent-based AI capabilities, helping advisors gain timely insights and take appropriate actions.
The new platform encompasses features including mobile access, secure messaging, and account aggregation. Utilizing FIS Code Connect, institutions can deploy the solution within their existing frameworks. Built-in security controls, audit functions, and data governance mechanisms are designed to meet regulatory requirements. The AI safeguards are specifically intended to prevent client data from being stored or used for model training.
Jim Johnson, Co-President of Banking Solutions at Fidelity National Information, stated that financial institutions seek to modernize the wealth management experience without disrupting their foundational systems. The partnership with InvestCloud allows clients to flexibly deliver intelligent front-end services. Jeff Yabuki, Chairman and CEO of InvestCloud, noted that the collaboration brings together the digital experience and AI capabilities that today's advisors and clients expect.
Fidelity National Information currently serves over 600 financial institutions, supporting approximately $5.5 trillion in assets. InvestCloud manages account assets exceeding $4 trillion.
