On 21 October 2026 (New York time) Tencent Holdings Limited confirmed the successful completion of a multi-currency note offering totalling US$1.80 billion and CNY 26.00 billion under its Global Medium-Term Note (GMTN) Programme.

The transaction was executed through four tranches: • CNY 20.00 billion 2.40% senior notes maturing 21 October 2036. • US$1.30 billion 6.10% senior notes maturing 21 October 2036. • US$0.50 billion 6.75% senior notes maturing 21 October 2046. • CNY 6.00 billion 3.00% senior notes maturing 21 October 2056.

Proceeds were raised under Tencent’s GMTN Programme, first launched in April 2014 and subsequently amended and restated on multiple occasions, most recently on 8 June 2026. The issuance closed one day after board approval, underscoring continued market access for the company’s long-dated funding strategy.
