XPeng Announces Availability of AGM Proxy Materials and Offers Shareholders Flexible Access Options

Bulletin Express05-11

XPeng Inc. (XPeng) has released its latest Corporate Communication package—comprising the Proxy Statement/Circular for its upcoming Annual General Meeting and the corresponding Form of Proxy—in both English and Chinese.

The documents are accessible in two formats: 1. Electronic versions are available on the websites of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (www.hkexnews.hk) and XPeng (www.xiaopeng.com) under the “Investor Relations” section. 2. Printed copies can be requested free of charge from the company’s Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, via post (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or email (9868-ecom@vistra.com).

Shareholders who have opted—explicitly or by default—for electronic delivery but encounter access issues may obtain printed copies upon written request at no cost. In addition, investors can modify their preferred language (English, Chinese, or both) and method of receiving future corporate communications by submitting the designated Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited.

For queries, shareholders can contact the dedicated hotline on (852) 2980 1333 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

The notification was issued by order of the Board and signed by Chairman Xiaopeng He on 11 May 2026.
