Air China Limited (stock code: 00753) has scheduled an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting (EGM) for 25 March 2026 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C313, No. 30 Tianzhu Road, Shunyi District, Beijing.

Key matters on the agenda:

1. Board Composition • Shareholders will vote on the election of Mr. Qu Guangji as an executive director. His biographical details are provided in the circular dated 9 March 2026.

2. Fleet Expansion • The meeting will seek shareholder approval for the introduction of 60 Airbus A320NEO series aircraft, signalling a further step in the carrier’s narrow-body fleet renewal.

Administrative arrangements:

• The H-share register will be closed from 20 March to 25 March 2026, inclusive. Holders of H shares must lodge transfer documents with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on 19 March 2026 to qualify for attendance and voting rights. • Shareholders entitled to attend may appoint one or more proxies; completed proxy forms must reach the registrar no later than 24 hours before the meeting. • The EGM is expected to conclude within half a business day; attendees will bear their own travel and accommodation costs.

As of the notice date (9 March 2026), Air China’s board comprises eight directors, including four independent non-executive directors.
