Average Pork Price in National Wholesale Markets Rises 1.8% to RMB 17.88/kg on December 10

On December 10, the "Agricultural Product Wholesale Price 200 Index" stood at 129.46, up 0.25 points from the previous day, while the "Vegetable Basket" Product Wholesale Price Index reached 132.21, rising 0.29 points.

As of 14:00 today, the average pork price in national wholesale markets was RMB 17.88 per kilogram, marking a 1.8% increase from yesterday. Beef prices fell 0.6% to RMB 66.12/kg, while lamb prices edged up 0.4% to RMB 62.73/kg. Egg prices rose 1.5% to RMB 7.50/kg, and chicken prices increased 0.3% to RMB 18.00/kg.

Among the 28 key vegetables monitored, the average price climbed 1.0% to RMB 5.97/kg. The average price of six major fruits rose 2.3% to RMB 7.51/kg.

In the seafood category, crucian carp prices increased 1.5% to RMB 19.59/kg, carp prices also rose 1.5% to RMB 14.14/kg, and silver carp prices surged 3.2% to RMB 10.42/kg. Meanwhile, large hairtail prices dipped 0.6% to RMB 39.47/kg.
