MTR Corporation Appoints Tse Wing-Yee as Non-Executive Director

MTR Corporation (00066) announced that Ms. Li Songen ceased to serve as the Director of the Transport Department and, concurrently, as a non-executive director of the company effective April 1, 2026. Ms. Li also stepped down from her roles as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and the Environment and Social Responsibility Committee on the same date. Simultaneously, Ms. Tse Wing-Yee assumed the position of Director of the Transport Department and was appointed as a non-executive director of the company effective April 1, 2026. Ms. Tse also became a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and the Environment and Social Responsibility Committee starting from the same date.
