General Mills to Webcast Q4 and Full-Year FY2026 Financial Results on July 1

Deep News06-03

General Mills announced on June 3 that it will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2026 around 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time on July 1, 2026. A live webcast and conference call to discuss the results and take questions will be held at 8:30 a.m. ET on the same day.

This earnings release comes at a pivotal time as the company undergoes a strategic transformation. Based on results from the first three quarters, General Mills has been making significant brand investments to rebuild its competitive market position. CEO Jeff Harmening previously stated the company expects a marked improvement in organic sales trends in the fourth quarter and a return to profit growth, supported by a favorable year-over-year comparison, the benefit of a 53rd week, and continued market share momentum.

Data from the previous third fiscal quarter showed net sales of $4.4 billion, down 8% year-over-year, with adjusted earnings per share at $0.63, a 37% decline. Notably, during fiscal 2026, the company has made substantial pricing investments across its brands, affecting roughly two-thirds of its North American retail product portfolio, with the goal of narrowing the price gap with competitors. While this strategy has pressured revenue in the first three quarters, management has indicated that underlying volume trends are improving.

Analysts expect General Mills to report adjusted earnings per share of $0.70 for the fourth quarter. Investors are widely focused on whether the company will meet its prior guidance, which projected full-year organic net sales to decline between 1.5% and 2%, and adjusted earnings per share to fall between 16% and 20%. Additionally, market attention is on the completed sale of its Brazil business and the effectiveness of its shift towards higher-margin product categories.

The conference call will be hosted by Chairman and CEO Jeff Harmening and Chief Financial Officer Kofi Bruce. Investors can access the live webcast via the Investor Relations section of the company's website. A replay will be available for one year following the call.
