Nayuki repurchases 0.98 million shares for HK$0.67 million, lifting treasury stock to 15.34 million

Nayuki Holdings Limited disclosed that it bought back 979,000 ordinary shares on 10 July 2026 via on-exchange transactions at prices between HK$0.67 and HK$0.69 per share. The total consideration was HK$0.67 million.

The repurchase represents 0.06% of Nayuki’s outstanding share capital before the transaction. As a result, issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined to 1.69 billion, while treasury shares rose to 15.34 million. The company’s total issued share count remains unchanged at 1.71 billion.

The buy-back was executed under a mandate approved on 24 June 2026 that authorises repurchases of up to 169.84 million shares. To date, Nayuki has repurchased 6.19 million shares, equivalent to 0.36% of the shares outstanding on the mandate’s approval date.

In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Nayuki is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 9 August 2026.
